Suddenly feeling homesick...

Miss all my family, relatives and friends in Guangzhou. But as I have grown up, I want to have my own life. I know there are many people here are like me. Alone in the new environment, having some friends, but very very few close friends. That's a pain point...
maybe we try too much to protect ourselves and being not that open?
