Red - Theme Party @ Shanghai Tang Colourful Plumage Night

"Shanghai Tang", China's first luxury brand,has a subsidiary named Shanghai Tang Café Restaurant & Bar. Shanghai Tang café recently enjoyed its grand opening in the same prime location at Xintiandi as its parent company. Shanghai Tang is famed for its exquisite, conservative decoration and beautiful vessels, both of which culminate to create Shanghai Tang’s unique style. On the eve of the Lunar New Year, Let` s Party at the Shanghai Tang Café holiday feast. Of the Several major elements of the Spring Festival, red is the most important. Red in China means peace, joy and family reunion, which also represent the most beautiful elements of dawn.

The Torinos are a Euro/American hard rock band that was formed in Madrid, Spain in 2008 and now based in LA, California. Originally a trio comprising vocalist and guitarist D.D Sebastian, bassist J.L.Caballero and drummer Juan Ma.

The Torinos formed in 2008 and made their way into the public spotlight in 2009 after a year of jamming and anonymity. At the beginning of January and throughout the year played a number of dates at various venues (including a tour with Banzai), before in June they finished recording and released their debut extended play (EP), V12. The record was relatively successful for such a new band in the Spanish internet broadcast. After 6 months of nonstop Europe and overseas touring, The Torinos began work on their first full-length album, for which they enlisted the help of M.A, (Miguel angel caballero) producer for Universal Records, Sony Music, and Warner Music.

Christmas and Eva Wren Album Launch Party

On Friday 11th December, the Aquaspace team would like to invite you to join us for a festive celebration.

At this year’s Christmas Party we are proud to be presenting the launch of Eva Wren’s self-titled debut album.

Eva is a talented singer and lyricist. Her ‘New Age’ genre draws influence from a wide-reaching musical background, and promises to take you back to a pure, harmonious land...

Highlights of the evening will include traditional Christmas dinner, Christmas cocktails, music from DJ Caviar (‘China 2008 DMC Champion’) and the headline performance by Eva Wren and her band.

Tickets

Dining tickets: 300 RMB. Includes four-course Christmas dinner, as well as complimentary Christmas cocktail and a signed copy of the Eva Wren CD.

Party tickets: 100 RMB. Includes a complimentary Christmas cocktail and a signed copy of the Eva Wren CD.

Half of all ticket sales will be put into the Aquaspace charity fund, and donated to a local old people’s home/orphanage before Chinese New Year.

Tickets are limited, so RSVP before December 9th to guarantee your reservation.

hi all,
im looking to put together a kick ass three piece blues band, preferably to do original stuff but good taste covers too.
Looking for a good front man guitarist that has blues in the blood and can sing like a bitch. Also a bass player, preferably a good vocalist too but must important a good solid bass feel for blues.
i have my own studio, an investor/promoter and am a great song writer...
please contact me if ur keen... but high standard and very experienced only please... sorry to the newbies
