I've created this group for people like me--who love to run for fun (and to get your daily exercise)! If you're an avid runner, love running long distances, and love making new friends/running with others, then this group is perfect for you!
I'd like to schedule at least a weekly run with members and run together. We can run at whatever pace. If you're new to running, that's ok! We'll help you get better and better. If you'd like to join this group just to talk about running, then that's ok too! We can chat about what's new in shoe technology, upcoming running events (5k, 10k, half and full marathons), HR monitors, running styles, etc. The possibilities are endless! Great to have you aboard!
