We have a location, but the promotion is all you. Use douban, use shanghaistuff, use your phone, use momo, use wechat, find people and bring them to this poetry group, and then we'll start to get confirmations for who will go to a slam. Then we will decide what time.

Get me twenty people that want to slam, and I will host your slam. You'll have seats, loud speakers, and an experienced party host to actually run the event. Find me 40 people, and I will spend 400 RMB on beer. Find me 50 people, and I will add 500 RMB just for food.

Just find twenty people, and this will happen. I used to promote a lot of events by myself, but I'm kinda tired of promoting. Now I'm just going to host. You promote. Find twenty people and this will happen.

Comment by Shanzai Firefox on Wednesday: Darcy, can you use douban to help advertise it? Typically, one gets about .05% response rate when advertising anything, so if we want 20 people, that requires about 4,000 people to know about it.
