Jews, Christians and Muslims share a common book.

Jesus never meant for a new church to happen, he wanted the Jews to evolve. He was a born a Jew and died a Jew.
It is your average joe on the street that picks up one of these books and thinks up his own version, starts his own "church" or his own "followers" that tell everyone else you will burn in hell if you do not believe in me.

I am catholic, however I have read bits of a translated Koran, and Islam is a religion of peace, if you read the book it starts out peaceful however later on Mohd. did pick up a sword to spread the religion, as the case with most religions. Towards the end of the Koran he does rant and rave but it was widely acknowledge he was breaking down.

Check out the Bahai faith and how they came up with their own books, how the "founder" wrote the book in prison and messed up the timelines of history while he tried his level best to remember excerpts from the Torah, the Bible and the Koran.

Christians are guilty of some of the worst crimes in history but we learn from it and as we get more educated we realize that there are better way of handling things. Remember when one man makes a mistake, it is not his communities fault. One muslim suicide bomber does not make Islam a religion of terror, same goes for other examples with regards to race, religion or nationality.

Please... God has many whacked rules... like an old woman hitting her menopause

Christian men must not wear hats in a church. Christian women must wear a hat. However Jewish men must wear a hat in a synagogue. What's with God and the hats!

I am nothing but I read everything about Christianity, Judaism and Mohammad... What can I say. I am amused yet gravely saddened.

Can't say anything for the jews, but I've been a catholic all my life and i've never once heard a priest saying women must wear hats. If you are basing this on movies it's about people wearing their sunday best. if you did read the bible you will note that it stated that a women's hair acts as her veil, and that she doesn't need to cover up her face with anything else including a hat. It meant that her image was perfect as it is.

As for the arab style of dressing it came even before religion. It was a protector from heat and sand storms.

Sorry I shouldn't have mocked at those things... But I couldn't help it.

In my world God doesn't exist so I can't really mock something that doesn't exist... So it leaves me with people and what is created by people, including rituals, habits, rules, and yes, that ONE holy book.

Religion is a business. One of the oldest businesses since prostitution.
Make others fear my imaginary friend and they do you wonderful favors.
Fear is a great means to manipulate people. The more simple it is
the more profound it works. And the best is, it's the universal answer.
You tell a retard, that anything he or she doesn't know can be answered
with god. Well great. That person will never use his brain again.
That's why many of the poorest places in the world have the hardest
believing people. And you have some of the most corrupt preachers
serving as leaders, who take advantage of that.

Nobody needs religion. All you need is education and common sense.
