we living metropolitan ....pressure of work, the troubles of life...everyday
try to make yourself happier....try to reduce the annoyance....go to gym,,,, swim,,,, walk ,,,,release of pressure as far as possible......but still save a lot of "gas" inside the body.....
so how to completely release.....feel relaxed?

for me their own ideas is very important....what i want ,,,follow feel will be better

For me, weightlifting with my favorite rock tunes.

The wisdom mentioned above is from a famous Zen Classic titled Diamond Sutra (金刚经). Believe me or not, it can help you compelely release.
