we living metropolitan ....pressure of work, the troubles of life...everyday
try to make yourself happier....try to reduce the annoyance....go to gym,,,, swim,,,, walk ,,,,release of pressure as far as possible......but still save a lot of "gas" inside the body.....
so how to completely release.....feel relaxed?

haha,,,,,,very healthy...wonderful.....somewhat outdated..but i will say,,,no matter in any way,i think the fit is the best...
